It depends on which foods you are talking about, you should have stripped all the meat off of the turkey and froze it in freezer bags containing a couple of portions each, then you could have used it for months depending on how much you had and how often you ate some of it. Cranberry relish is an acid and would last a week easy in your refridgerator. Stuffing if containing egg should have been promptly taken out of the turkey and refridgerated after serving everybody what they wanted at the meal and kept no more than a few days. Other items as sweetpotatoes another acidic item refridgerated for 4 days, corn,greenbeans,mashed potatoes,etc. about three to four days. That's me though, but it also depends on how long it all sat out during the day. Best to always go by, when in doubt, throw it out. Any item from a dinner is worth only a few bucks, how much do you value your life or health at?
