If it has a standard transmission yes. If its automatic NO!!. You'll destroy the automatic transmission the first time you do it. An automatic transmission will start shifting on its own at about 35-40MPH and since the engine is not running and operating the transmission's oil pump the transmission is not being lubricated so it will burn up the transmission.

YES IT IS, the only problem is some one has to be in the malibu to control the brakes, it takes alot of skill to do this. so i dont ever recommend doing it.
