I had a friend who got in for medicine (3 yrs ago) with Chemistry, Biology , Psychology and English so it is possible to not do maths and physics but it would definitely look better if you did. I think you could maybe get away with doing one of RS and psychology but not both, and if you had to chose one then psychology is better as it is more scientific. I think RS would not be looked upon very favourably. My personal advice would be to do maths or physics as medicine and dentistry are very competitive and it would be a shame to ruin you chances. It may be another 2 years but surely its worth it if thats really what you want to do. Personally I did Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths and Physics for A level but I'm not like you as I like maths (doing maths degree now). Chemistry is by far the hardest A level and most work, actually now days Maths and Physics A levels are pretty easy - if you pick mechanics maths modules you end up repeating it in the physics. But if you really hate both then go for maths over physics as its easier to understand, I had friends who were not that great at maths who managed to get A by resitting modules and stuff but they did not do so well in physics. Also with maths a level you don't get coureswork which is a big advantage imo over RS and psychology. So I reckon you could do Biology, Chemistry, Maths A levels and Psychology As. Good luck I hope you get where you want.
