Most of these can be found at Hot Topic or online.
Those are the things I got for my friends who are Naruto fan girls and they LOVE them.

I have a feeling that the power given to Naruto by Itachi will be used in order to help Itachi communicate with Sasuke. I think it will be just like how Minato and Kushina spoke to Naruto, and how Konoha's White Fang (Kakashi's father) was able to speak to his son. It seems like a lot of people who die in the show have intentions to leave messages behind to the ones they love. Als, Itachi states that Sasuke can easily be bent in either direction, so I think Itachi will try to persuade him to be good and stop what he is doing. It will probably be activated by a one second sharingan in Naruto's eye that will send a genjutsu or something at Sasuke to have them communicate. I just don't see Itachi giving Naruto a power that would actually physically harm Sasuke. I don't see the power as being something that will block Sasuke from controlling the nine tails either because I have the feeling he'll never be able to do that anyways. Sasuke's sharingan won't be able to control the nine-tails if it is already controlled by itsJinchuuriki. The nine tails was taken over by Madara's sharingan perhaps due to the fact that it wasn't actually jinchuuriki controlled, but as the rules of genjutsu state: as long as you have a partner to dispell a genjutsu then you can battle a sharingan user. The nine tails and Naruto will both develop into partners for battle, so as for Sasuke controlling the nine-tails, I say no, which also leads to my belief that Itachi would then not give Naruto a counter to it.

Find out whos her favorite character and then get a headband for her. It should match with her character's clan like the hidden leaf village, or the sand village. If you can't get a headband.. maybe you should see if she has any naruto books and get her a Naruto bookmark? But yea a stuffie of her favorite character would work too. =] hope I've been of some help.

Depends on who she likes. You can google naruto and then look at products and see what you can find and what you may be able to buy. I found a plastic Kunai for 18, itachi uchiha's cloud cloak for about 65, There was a konaha ring for 10 dollars. If she plays games, there are several games for the wii, ps2 and xbox.
