people are always doing it and i know your supposed to do it at an awkward silence but what does it symbolize because im getting the feeling that its something dirty

During an awkward moment, this hand gesture is used to mark the situation as awkward, and, depending on the situation, makes it more awkward or clears the air. The awkward turtle is made by putting one hand on top of the other with the thumbs sticking outward and rotating forward. The speed of the rotating thumbs depends on the degree of awkwardness.

You're right Mosley looked bad against Mora but Sergio Mora is awkward like hopkins kind of and I don't think he was that motivated. Where against Margarito he was the underdog and Mayorga talks a lot of trash which might of motivated him. Trust me.. Mosley will be motivated and bring his best against Pacquiao, unless he wants to end up looking like a ninja turtle as the other opponents of Pacquiao. Pacman didn't fight Mosley after destroying Mayorga and Margarito because during that same time Pacquiao himself was just thinking of moving up in weight. -Pacquiao destroyed David Diaz at 135/ Mosley kod Mayorga at 152 (17 pounds difference WoW) Then Pacman's dream match against DLH 145/ Mosley vs Margarito 145 -After this is where they could've fought you are right, but Pacquiao was still adjusting to weight and I think they wanted Mosley and Mayweather to settle themselves before fighting the winner, makes sense business wise. So this is where Pacquaio vs Mayweather should happen.. they are the ones making all this talk.. but will it happen? I'm sure it will it's all part of the plan, atleast I hope it does for boxing.

It does not represent anything dirty unless placed near the genital area, in which it becomes "awkward uterus" which i have heard of but never seen used. awkward turtle is just kind of like saying "awkward.", but not as loud.
