First you should hit up all the antique clothing stores around town. Also, you should look online. Look up old drawings of CC to look at what to wear. To help remember your lines, you should copy them over.

I'm surprised the High School is not supplying the costume. I would do a google search for costume supply stores in your area to find that.

As far as line memorization, I have a couple 'tricks'. The most important thing is to really identify with the character you are playing (think with each line you read- 'what is he actually thinking in his head here?'). If you really start to FEEL those lines, it will come naturally and start to feel right when you say them. Technically speaking though, I highly recommend practice. Practice until you just can't stand it any more. Rehearse in your room. Hold the script in your hand, and say your lines, then double check to make sure you said them correctly. Don't worry so much about exact words as getting the correct concept across. If your line is "We've found the gold at the end of the rainbow" and you say "The gold at the end of the rainbow is here, we found it", it's no big deal.... you've said the right thing- just mixed up the words. Remember that. Acting is emotion, not technicalities. So, FEEL it.... :) Good luck!
