What am i suppose to weight?

Whatever...as a male, you should haev about (ideally) 10-13% body fat. If you are carrying 100 kilos of muscle and bone, that means you'd weigh (no "t") about 110 kilos or so.

Alternatively, figure-out your BMI.

You can try the health charts, which would put you at about 140 to 150. But the health charts do not take how much muscle mass you have. The health charts have my 6'1" desired weight at 165 to 175, but I weigh 210 and everyone says I'm very thin. I have a 32" waist. Your proper weight depends on how you look to yourself and your love ones.

I myself am 5'11 1/2 and 167 lbs. But, am very muscular. I'd say if your healthy, about 140-150?

I would say that you should likely weight around 170-180 lbs.

Depends what type of fatso you are or how healthy you are boy. How old are you? At least say your age then we will try to tell you what you should weigh for the type of age you are.
