I am 19 yro and am a healthy individual but I believe I have a problem with one of my balls. By the way, telling you this is embarrassing enough as it is. Anyways, whenever I ejaculate, I only feel the left side of my groin area. In order words, I feel the sperm go through my left vas deferens only. I do not feel the right side at all. Now, I don't know if it is supposed to be this way because I haven't been experiencing "ejaculations" very long. What should I do? I have never had a serious accident on my right testicle and it looks and appears fine. What should I do? Get a testicular ultrasound or something? Is there anyway you can tell me anything about my situation, or at least a guess before I tell me doctor?

you probably shouldn't feel sperm moving through the vas deferens at all - whether you are ejaculating or sitting in class doing math. Yes, you may get some sensation from that area but it won't be movement; just a cool feeling of sexual release.
Secondly, you should not be embarassed by yrou genitals ofr their natural responses to stimuli. And yes, masturbating is perfectly natural and normal as well as being healthy and feeling great. So, let yrouself be a little more relaxed about things all guys have and do and experience.
Okay, you seem to have a worry about how things are operating genital-wise and I expect you hav ento had a thorough physical in a while so I suggest gettign an appointment woith a doctor and gettign all of you (penis and testicles included) thoroughly examined. And when the doctor is ckecking out yoru testicles mention your left side sensation so he checks for a possible cause. Personally I suspect all is fine but I won't state that as a certainty until your doctor gives you the once over and agrees with me.

first of all relax. This thoroughly universal. it truly is a chance, with somewhat practice, to get both testicles to vanish into the protection of the tummy. Ask any Sumo wrestler - in a polite way. the topic matters start up even as they don't come decrease go into reverse back. it is amazingly uncommon and testicles are extra probable to fail to descend into the scrotum basically after start, no longer later in existence even as they have effectively made the adventure. in the course of sex, or perhaps masturbation, the scrotum tightens because the penis pulls epidermis faraway from it. This pushes the testicles upwards, and they can vanish, purely to go back later. it truly is universal and there is really no longer something to rigidity about. i could strongly recommend antagonistic to any 'treatment'. in case you previously had an undescended testicle there is an better possibility from testicular maximum cancers so that you are able to verify them each month or so.

This is nothing to worry about at this stage, you have 2 testes to keep your supply of sperm up, usually only one teste is used for each ejaculation so you may only feel one side, to be honest I get so excited I don't even feel that when I ejaculate, but as a young person you would be more aware of theses sorts of things, I am confident you will be fine but see your doctor to be on the safe side, especially if there is a history of cancer.

There is no way to only feel an ejaculation from the left vas...you are fine...relax. If you must...see a urologist, they can advise you if anything needs to be looked at, however, having worked in urology, they will tell you what i just said...relax...and have fun!

Mention it in your next check-up...this is one of those things that could be nothing, or could be seriously dangerous. You won't know until you ask! (Although the probability leans more towards the former than the latter!!!)
