An acidic oxide is an oxide that reacts with water to form an acid, or with a base to form a salt. From this list, CO2 reacts with water to form carbonic acid, HCOOH is itself an acid and will react with bases to form salts, P4O6 reacts with water to form phosphorous acid.

On the other hand, a basic oxide is an oxide that reacts with water to form a base, or with an acid to form a salt. From this list, SrO reacts with water to form alkaline strontium hydroxide, Ba(OH)2 is basic and will react with acids to form salts.

O2, oxygen gas, falls into neither category, because it doesn't normally react with water, acids, or bases.
