Hi. That is a lot of questions. The first answer is the shuttle bay doors. Unless the question means "How do the astronauts get out to the bay?" in which case it would be the airlock and hatch. Second is the 'Emergency override' system.
Third could be the shuttle bay doors or the ailerons depending on the context.
Fourth is rocket power, at launch, during an OMS burn, or during thruster moves.
Five is the shuttle body and wings.
Sixth is the robotic arm.
Whew.

Answers:
The 1st question, the answer is the payload bay or payload bay door.
4th question, the answer is the rocket. The space shuttle or also known as the orbiter, the external tank and the booster rockets or the twin booster rockets. The twin booster rocket carries the orbiter, after about a minute or more in the flight ,the orbiter will separate from the twin booster rocket. And the orbiter will fire its main engines and after that the orbiter and the external tank will both separate and the orbiter is now on its own orbiting the earth.
The Astronauts catches the satellite and they will repair it in space, while they orbit the Earth at a speed of 25 times the speed of sound or about 17,250.930 mph.
