how come when i try going on my comcast e-mail it said my browser sent out a bad "query" in which they couldn't understand?

Try resetting your cookies. If it continues, contact Comcast's technical department.

Changing a browser is NOT an appropriate response, it does NOT address the issue, it just tells somebody to get rid of software they have used a while and exchange it for software they are unfamiliar with. Firefox is no better than IE7 for crying out loud. That is a personal opinion, not a fact. I happen to have tried both Firefox and IE6 and now IE7 and I far prefer IE over Firefox, and again, that is a personal opinion, not a testiment to somebody elses opinion or preferences. Geez.

He's right. FireFox is better. Probably just microsoft having fun.

You should get the Firefox it will work best.
