Any recommendations? I'm looking for something good quality and will hold at least 1000 songs. I'm up for anything, just nothing tooo expensive.

Well, of course I'm going to recommend and iPod! I have a 30gb video (5th gen) and I love it! So far I've got 600 songs, 50 audio podcats, 150 video podcasts, 10 games, 2 movies, 2 TV shows, and a few dozen pics on it, and it's only about 6gb filled up! =D
But if you want one that's a bit cheaper, and doesn't have to hold quite as much, then go for the new Nano. They've got 4gb or 8gb. The new (NOT OLD ONE!) nano plays videos, and a few games. Pretty cool.
4gb = 1,000 songs ; $149
8gb = 2,000 songs ; $199
Just think - for $50 extra you get twice as much space ......
