I still don't know either!!! it's sooooo confusing and my son could end up over there and I have a good friend who's son is there now in harms way.......I don't know anymore. Politics gets more and more confusing and you don't know who to believe anymore about ANYTHING. G. Bush made me feel LOST in hope about what we're supposed to do. Obviously a lot of people voted for him but I'm not one of them. I don't know anymore if my opinion counts. Seriously, that's how I feel right now. But I know it is my job to vote.

WISH STEPHEN COLBERT WOULD HAVE STAYED IN --- HA HA HAH -- I PROBABLY WOULD VOTE FOR HIM!

Well, especially given the news today that Iraq would like a permanent U.S. military presence of 50,000 or so - much like we have in South Korea, it's likely that regardless of who is elected president that we will still have troops there in 20 years.

However, since troops have to be stationed somewhere, the war could still end, technically and our soldiers could just reside there, which is not the best solution in the world either since it ENRAGES Islamist militants to have infidels camping out on their doorstep.

But, of all the candidates running, I'm guessing Ron Paul is the only one who would actually remove all troops from Iraq. Any of the others, including Obama and Clinton would draw down troops but go along with the permanent presence thing.

I'm not sure yet either...It seems none of the candidates are really going to pull out, especially since there are apparent improvements in Iraq.
But, for some a rude awakening is coming...there can be no "I told you so..." in this situation, we will not benefit from Iraq, at best we will have raised the standards of human rights in a small part of the middle east.

I have a newsflash for all of you who think the Democrats, any of them, would pull the troops out of Iraq. They wont do it because then the aftermath would be on their hands. Why do you think they are pushing so hard for Bush to do it. They will lie to us all and promise a troop pull out to get the votes of the media misguided public but the truth is they are not going to pull us out of there any sooner than the Republicans. I also want to add that if we let too many liberals gain power in our country we may be fighting for our own freedoms and not have to worry about other countries.

The 70% that want the war to end will vote for a Democrat and the 70% that want us to win will vote for a Republican.

I think we all want an end to the Iraq war and the war on terror in general. The question is when? Who wants to run and who wants to win and leave a stable government behind?

I say we should end the Iraq war! But I'm not 18 yet so I can't vote =P
But if I could, I'll prabably pick a Democrat (Don't know which president to pick, just know a democrat)

Not sure. I was liking Bill Richardson until I heard about the state contracts/campaign finance thing. We'll start seeing drop outs in the next two months, so ask me again at that time.
