ok.. i was in a REALLY bad mood today, and to top it all off i got called down to the principles office because i got detention but i didn't go because i honestly couldn't find the room. any way while i was in the principles office he was yelling at me telling me that he sees me in there too much so i said "well if you would stop calling me down here so much, we wouldn't have this problem" (i admit i shouldn't have said that) so he gave me this really bewildered look and he said "ooooh so ms kate likes to get sarcastic" and i just stared at him and said " well that is one of my better qualities, congrats you brought out the best in me can i go now?" then he was silent for about ten seconds just staring at me than he said "such a pretty face girly
but a waste of space. trash! your suspended"

i admit i was wrong for being a smart a.ss but he didn't have to say that i was a waste of space and trash.. idk was he right???

Ok. As a teacher, I have to ask, Do you get sent to the Principal's office a lot? If so, why ?. I also have to agree with you that you really shouldn't speak to the Principal (or any teacher) like that. The line about being a waste of space is a joke here in England, from a well-known comedy series called Fawlty Towers, so if it was said over here the student would realise that it was not meant seriously. Trash was unnecessary, though. As you admit you were in the wrong, is there any way , having spoken to your parents and a school counsellor, you could offer a letter of apology as a means of sorting the situation out? It would take a high level of maturity on your part, but it might be worth it. Hope this helps, and God bless you.

If you act as if you are a waste of space people will treat you like that. If you behave responsibly people will take you seriously. When someone in authority speaks to you you need to be more respectful of that person set over you. I wonder if you have heard that smoking kills and also increases the risk of cancers and decreases your life span. You should be concentrating on school. There are children in this world who would love to have the opportunity to go school and to be able to finish but they do not. Grow up, act as though you were built with sense. It is disgusting to know that a child like you is behaving like a hooligan.

Talking to authority figures like that will get you called trash. Trash is a waste of space. You should know your place and should have shown some respect instead of shooting off your big mouth.
Grown ups don't think it's cute when you're a smart asss, and when you get out in the real world someone will knock you on that smart asss.
Start showing some respect and stop being a stupid brat in school.
**I'd like to say he was wrong for calling you that, but, you sound like you are in his office fairly regularly. If this was the first time, that'd be different. But, with your smart mouth, smoking, and "gay" comment, I think he was probably at the end of his patience.

honestly, i think u deserved it. Of course u feel remorse now but u should learn to control ur tongue even when ur in such a bad mood and regardless of the circumstnces. Dont u have respect for people? U are shameless!! And if thats the impression u repeatedly give to ur principal then ccertainly he has every right to discipline u , an tell u exactly wat impression u made on him. Wtf were u doing smoking anyway? If u can get the guts to be such a smart a$$ get the guts to be down with the consequences !

the closest Nascar got here to admitting they made a mistake is with the help of telling him 3 different positions to take.Your first,no no your 2d,no no no your thirteenth.Nascar won't admit they tousled, yet any further fines or suspension would be an extremely reliable indication of what Nascar feels is their area in this mess.in the event that they supply him a token 25k and enable him race next weekend i could evaluate that as being Nascar admitting some blame.yet,in the event that they droop him for next weekends races then thats Nascar announcing you have been incorrect Robby, a hundred%.

He was out of line to call you that, but you were to for disrespecting faculty. No offense, but I think you saying there was no room in detention is an excuse. They would have made room, thats what they do at my school. You should apologize when you return to school. Who knows, maybe he might apologize to...But even if he doesn't you should still. It'll make you look mature and I'm sure he'll appreciate it.

15 and a mouth like yours. Well he didn't need to say that to you. But it must have gotten your attention. Now what are you going to do about it? You are a child trying to live an adult life. Wake up and turn things around for yourself and certainly should not be smoking.

No he shouldn't have called you that. He is ment to be the authority figure. It sounds like you just pushed him a bit too far, but that's no excuse. I think you should talk to your Mum about what he said. But remember you were in the wrong also, so no one is going to pity you or feel sorry for you so make sure you're ready to apologize.

He was wrong to say it, but you must have REALLY got under his skin.

Dealing with people is a skill, you can learn it, and there are ways to cheat. Get the book HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE out of the library and read it, it's like a cheat codes book for the game of life.

It'll make like a lot smoother, I guarantee it.

I think you shouldn't of said anything to him,
but the principle was also very rude (i used to hate mine),
so even though you were wrong what he did was even worse and he has no rights to call you trash.
I would tell my parents to go over there immediately to talk to him about it.

Good luck sweetie =]
