me and my best friend have been friends for 3 years now. and she meets this new person.[e] those are really close now. i dont mind that she has new friends. but every since she met her my friend has changed into this person who does things i would of never thought she would do. and now she is always leaving me out or ditching me. we've tried talking about it. but it leads to NOWHERE. i cant learn to get along with her and her new friend. [e] just starts so much drama and starts rumors about everybody and anybody. i do not want to get involved in stuff like that.
whats should me and my best friend do? just move on forget it eachother and make new friends? or something else.

I had a friend like that once. Try to get more friends yourself but don't gave her the cold shoulder. Or if nothing works try the cold shoulder it might work as a last thing to do before giving up.

Your friend has apparently outgrown you.
Move on and meet new and more mature people.

At some point, you need to evaluate each relationship and ask, "What does this person bring to the table?" Is this person a mooch? A user? A manipulator? A drama-queen? A time-waster? Or is this person your cheering section? Provide insight? Make you laugh?
As you go down the list of traits and how each thing makes you feel, you will know who you should be spending more time with.
