Romo- product of a Jason Garrett offense, good receivers, big O-line, which any QB would benefit from. Average arm, makes too many mistakes, still has trouble reading coverages, hasn't won anything meaningful in career.
Carson Palmer- Product of good receivers, pass happy offense. Has a strong and accurate arm, but is injury prone and not calm in the pocket. Hasn't won anything meaningful in career.

I know I am almost blasphemous in saying this, but Romo is more Staubach than Aikman. He is a very good "think on his feet" QB with a sufficient arm and great mobility. He is young and he is talented and the Cowboys have their QB of the future now and for at least then next 6 years.
Palmer is young, talented and was supposed to be the second coming of Peyton Manning, but he has not really shown the good judgment that Peyton has. I am not truly familiar with Bengal football, but the talent seems to be in place for a successful team. The off season antics have certainly not helped the team, but the on-field execution has not been there either and that must be placed squarely on the players!
Two years down the road this may be a whole different story, but it seems that Carson has had ample time to prove himself and is still struggling to do so.

Palmer look at the Cowboys and the Bengals this year, If they are angry that's a sign of overrating, the boys have been calm and relaxed.
They only one to beat them is the Pats that's it, Cincy lost 6 more times enough said.

Neither.
Romo has not even played a full season to argue that he has not won anything meaningful.
Palmer. Somebody said he's injury prone, when he has not missed a game in his career since becoming the starter...despite Bill Cowher cheap shot him in the 2005 playoffs. His best years are yet to come.

Palmer by a mile.
He has Chad Johnson and TJ Houzman what ever and he still cant win a game. He has no Defense though, but still, he should be great.

My hand is cringing but I have to say Palmer. He's had the weapons to get the job done for a while now and just can't.

Tony Romo is better at scrambling ... he should be dropped for 35 yard loss but he dances to a first down all current NFL QBs are losers

id say palmer they put him up with the best but he hasnt won a playoff game the only reason he put up those good numbers last year was because of that offense you put him on miami or baltimore his numbers wouldnt even be close to what he had

Add Ben Roethlisberger there, he is also a product of the Steelers system, run first pass last, you notice that whenever he does passes more, or dues that huddle up offense, like some teams do, he gets sacked or intercepted badly. But when he limits his throws and just manages the game, and they run they ball he wins. Also a product of the Steelers run offense.
And to answer your question, I did say more towards Romo.
Has yet to prove anything and still people are assuming he is the next coming of Troy Aikman or Montana. Palmer he a good quarterback but his tram has a lot of issues in defense, at times play conducts, the whole team is in shambles a bit, but if everything was OK, they would be a really good team.
some also stated at one point that Tony Romo is really more of an upgrade Of Rex Grossman, take away T.O. and possibly Whitten, and he couldn't possible even find his way out of a paper bag. He is just another carbon copy of Rex Grossman with good receivers and decent running attack; take them away he is just an overpriced and overpaid Rex Grossman.

I am a Cowboys fan and I say it is Tony Romo 100%. I can't stand the way he throws (that off sling-y throw). I'll have respect for him when he earns some super bowl rings like my man Troy Aikman and also Roger Staubach.

Neither. Both QB's are great. I would say Philip Rivers is one of the overrated QB's in the league.
