i know this is weird but is 7 inches big for a thirteen year old?is that to big?

Stop obsessing...
Once you start, the lady's part is only sensitive in the first 3 inches, so the rest is moot. Now, if your age-mates are sexually active, you will likely be shot down as "too big" by many girls, and lusted after by others.
If you're not sexually active, good for you, and wait for a few years. Last thing you need now is a pregnant partner!
As for size...that is about average for an adult male in North America (when erect). If you're that long when flaccid, and you're Caucasian, you're going to be ALOT bigger when aroused...the biology of Asians I'm unaware of, but I know that "African Americans" tend to be more or less the same size flaccid or erect. It's amazing what you can learn in Sex Ed and on Science shows! :D

Sorry a lot of people are being immature. Considering the average size is about 5 inches and you are not done growing then yessir i would say 7 inches is a pretty good size for your age.

A boy 13 usually about 5 foot tall. So, you have a long way to go to be even close to normal. I would suggest having several independent observations made by adults with reliable measuring devises.

there is no real answer for that.... the whole too big too small is not true.. every guy is different. if it really is 7 inches then it is...

Depends on what you're talking about. If its your nose, then yes, 7 inches is a bit long. If its your bellybutton hair, then yes, please consider trimming it. Toenails? Yup, time to trim them too! If you're talking about Mr. Winkie, however, then perhaps you should ask for bragging rights! lol

In theory you still have some growing to do but some people develop a lot earlier than others, you may not get any bigger! Most guys worry about being too small, at least you don't have that problem!!
