Hi there last year i opened a bank account.
They guy that opened my account, went into my banking files for non banking purposes and got all my personal information from my bank file.
One night at work i got a text message and it said hi wanna do something tonight and it was him."yes the guy that oppened thew account"
I said sure i will just for 1 drink im working till 9pm and am tired.
In that on drink he placed a date rape drug in there" and horribly took me to his house and raped me i ways i did not even do with my boyfriend.
I was working 2 fulltime jobs at the time, i couldnt work there no more as he told me he got my number from my file in the bank, he also got where i lived and work and sin.
He also gave me a std in my bowels that was so infected i got another infection and now CAN NEVER GET PREGNANT.
I mean i bedridden in the hospital this year for 3 months.
My life has been shattered and i have lost myself my smile:(
Does anyone know if i can sue the bank?He got my info fromit

I did sue him and he got fired form the bank immidiatly and i did got to the hospital for a rape test and his trial will be next year.
i also did not know that he got my number from the bank until he told me just befor ei passed out from the drugs.
I thought he got my number from a friend,I LIVE IN A TINY TOWN.

Well when i took his charges to the bank i showed them his charges and bofore he got fired it had to go into investigations and i got a emial for the bank saying that my files were accessed wiuthout banking information by him.
And due to that he is no longer employed at that bank.

You can sue, but I doubt you will win. Sue him, and press criminal charges.

Wow, Sounds Like you have alot Of Problems! I Can't help but Wonder (If this Person) Was to be such a *** to get your Information, WHY WOULD YOU GO OUT FOR A DRINK WITH HIM?? And, My daughter works at a bank, Use Of Information Like that is a felony. And IF you were Raped, You should have gone to the ER and got a Rape kit done So that you can not only have Him arrested then You would have Proof through the DNA that He is the one who did it to you. If you can prove any of this happened then you should do it before it happens to someone eles.

Press criminal charges against him. You can file a civil suit against him as well. You probably won't get much. You may be able to sue the bank for not protecting your privacy and for hiring a rapist. The only way to know is to contact an attorney.

Don't sue the bank. You would not win that lawsuit.
Instead, sue HIM.
Make sure you get a good lawyer.
This guy deserves to be locked up!
And don't lose your smile! It's the only
thing that will keep you going through this.

i hate to say it, but this sounds like a made up story. Why would you go on a date with a "professional" that took your info for his own purposes? Then on top of it, this account officer did all that to you--a customer from his bank--(his livelihood)--and it could all come back, make him lose his job, criminal charges, etc? Even if he denied it, he would likely lose his job just from the bad press it would give his bank.
