Mmm... never, ever, ever asked? I think it would not exist for us then. But it would exist somewhere, if it exists. Hee. That's a fun question. It's like how we learned to ask if there are germs, etc. I suppose if there is a question, though it is never asked, then there must be an answer--assuming every question has an answer. Yay, it's circular reasoning!

The answer still exists unless it is a question from a perspective that we never thought of, therefore, if it is a new question we haven't found the answer yet, and if it is never asked, we never will find it.

Sort of.

E.g. The reasons for someones behavior exist whether of not any one asks for them.

Technically though these reasons would not be considered an answer without the question.

It is possible to have a question without an answer, therefor it must be possible to have an answer without a question. Of course if a question is not asked there is no need for an answer...I would say the unasked is unanswerable, the answer to an unasked question does not exist.

No. The question brings the answer. Without the question there is no such thing as the answer. They are one principle. An 'answer' is a 'symbol' if it is not connected to the question. A symbol may or may not be an answer to a particular question. Ex: Q:What time is it? A: Green. The question demands the answer. If no question then the symbol is just an independent icon not an answer.

Yes. If this were not true, there would be no discovery. It can be said that all answers exist, but not all questions to arrive at those answers.

depends on the question, if the question is unanswerable, then the answer does not exist regardless of whether or not it has been asked, however if it can be answered then obviously the answer does exist again regardless of whether or not it has been asked.

i will answer you with a question . If God has never been seen does he exist or can he be proven? the answer is it exists in the mind of the invidual because i may ask a question or wonder something that i may not have an answer too, however that same question may be answered by another person who does know the answer but they will never get the oppourtunity to answer you if you never ask!

The answer is always in front of you, it's knowing what question to ask to get it.
