would you mention it to your friend or just ignore the lie and continue being friends??

as much as I hate lies , I ignore it ... Destroying a whole relation ship cause he only lied once or so is just out of my limits !
but I do pick my friends carefully ... I take my time on that !

Every time I have done this, it turned against me. Every time I pretended I didn't understand a lie, this lie became so huge, it covered me, the friend and the relationship and then... there was no relationship at all.
Always make clear that you know that this is a lie. And discuss calmly the reason of this lie.

I ignore the lie and continue being friends.
I have a lot of liar friends... (And for education I don' t speak of this situation with theirs...But I know it...)

I have only one 'rule' when it comes to relationships of any kind. "Never lie to me." Even if I don't like the truth, I will remain your friend. Lie to me..and the trust can no longer exist, therefore neither can the friendship.
