His single biggest achievement will be the fact that he actually made David Copperfield and Chriss Angel ask "how did you do that?"by getting a second term in office after his first term included starting a war based on a lie, and then saying the war was a success by accomplishing a goal different than the reason he gave for going to war in the first place. Only in America can you be exposed as a liar, and be rewarded with another term.

Since we're ALL still in "Shock & Awe" at the way Bush has bungled his way through the past 7 years of our lives, it's kinda difficult to imagine how History will judge his two terms in Office. At BEST, maybe it'll be kind to him- & write him off as a "mediocre" President -whose intentions were Good, but whose judgement was lacking. OR- it might judge US harshly THROUGH Him- by asking, "WHAT were the American people THINKING??!" ... Personally, I'm hoping not to live so long- as to find out... (Even though I voted for Gore). -Such humiliation I can live without! :(

History will show that they laid the groundwork for tyranny, the Imperial Presidency, and greatly reduced governmental roles for Congress and the Courts. It will show that they did this by using the fear of terrorism to scare the population into allowing their civil liberties to be watered down bit by bit, until the people no longer could even legally stand up to the government.

Achievements? Uhhh...none to speak of.
The word implies a positive change. He's literally done NOTHING positive. Even the Tax Cut he enacted was a thinly veiled way to make the rich even richer.

America's credibility in the world completely destroyed, its financial future ruined, and military weakened by over extension in both unneccessary and neccessary conflicts.
