Evolution is a very well supported scientific theory. There is literally more evidence for evolution theory then other theories like gravity, cells, germs, and molecules.
I will give you one example of good evidence for evolution. Apes have 24 chromosomes, humans have 23. Geneticists decided that the only way we could have evolved would be if two of the chromosomes fused together at some point in our evolution. Sure enough, it was found later that humans do indeed have a chromosome made up of two fused chromosomes. Also, we share a lot of junk DNA with apes. When a virus enters a gene pool, it leaves marks in the DNA. The same marks are found in humans and in apes, at the same spots in the DNA both in the function and date. So either we share a common ancestor, or both apes and humans both got the same virus, which acted the same way, at the exact same time (this is impossible since a virus can't act the exact same way on two species).

You describe those things as being perfect. To me, perfect means: it cannot be better. From my point of view, it can be better.
If someone wants to take evolution into consideration, they should know how it works. This does not mean that you need to study biology and know every detail about it. Just realize that it consits not of a few big steps, like: at first nothing, next day bacteria, then plants, then animals, then humans. But it took place within millions of years with a lot of small steps and junctions. Most of those developments ended in a dead end.
If you had the possibility to take a look at one of those junctions, you might see a big difference or a small difference between those two roads going off it. Actually, you might not see that small step. You might see two early apes / humans which look the same but have slightly different genes. Some might have developed (or stayed) one way, the others another way.
Because those steps are small and don't happen too often, it seems to be that we are still involved in this process. Just because you don't see it does not mean that it does not take place.
Have you ever heard of illnesses adopting to the medicine which we develop against them? That's evolution. It's not like they desire to adopt to it. Those tiny viruses change all the time. Those which don't develop to extreme keep their ability to attack us but also resist against more medicine. These changes are small, but on their scale they are huge.
Now look at the bible: a collection of writings of humans. Humans write fictitious books all the time. And even those who claim that it is the truth add a few lies to it or leave out a few truths. If a lot of people say a lie is true, does it make it true?

Well, the first problem you have is that you are making a statement of glorification. Everything is perfectly designed, if you think about it. Order is made from chaos, as forces and systems move from imbalance to equilribum.
Evolution can be said to be like that of an arms race, and is not always necessary, and does not always happen (sharks, for example, have remained largley unchanged due to their superiority in the ocean). It can be analogized through society. The cold war, for example, necessitated that we and russia become better, and develop more advanced technology than our enemies. This also happens in nature. There is a great example in the NW United States with a species of snake and a salamander. The salamander is poisonus to the snake, but the snakes eat them, and those who do not die from poison, pass on the trait of superior poison resistance to their offspring. The salamanders, in order to avoid being eaten, pass off the trait of increased poison. Each increases their respective traits, just as the US and Russia increased nuclear stockpiles and millitary forces. In nature it is born out of necessity, such as less food available for the snake, forcing them to eat the poisonous salamanders, which any animal interested in preservation of the species (which all are) would never do. Evolution rises out of necessity to adapt to a changing environment. We adapted with a larger brain, and females of all species are developed to bear children, that is why they are female. While it may seem miracalous to us, and of an intelligent design, the truth is we are just animals like other animals, developed to suit the needs of our species. But don't let this get you down. We are also capable of amazing things that no animal is capable of, such as the internet, or more simply (or complexly) rational and abstract thought. Humans are truly a wonder, but not in a mystical sense.

There are books upon books avout evolution, all I can do is recommend that you read one.
I can counter your arguments quite easily however.
Look at babies that are born without brains (anacephalic)
look at how many women get breast cancer. A huge number of conceptions dont come to full term.
If you spend too much time outside in this environment that is "perfectly" designed for us, you get skin cancer. Oxygen creates free radicals in our system that can eventually cause cancer. there is nothing perfect about anything in the world.
Stephen Jay Gould wrote a number of essays that are collected into books. They make very easy reading as each essay is self-contained. If you truly want to understand evolution, check him out at the bookstore.

Religion & Spirituality (kinder) and Biology (a bit meaner) sections have a reasonable ability and cause to back up evolution. But if you're serious, try doing some research yourself, such as through something simple like wikipedia. Good luck!

1. Most fossil intermediates in vertebrate evolution have indeed been found. A clear line of fossils now traces the transition between whales and hoofed mammals, between reptiles and mammals, between dinosaurs and birds, between apes and humans. The fossil evidence of evolution between major forms is compelling.
Your logic regarding an intelligent design theory reminds me of the movie “The Gods Must Be Crazy,” a native in the Kalahari Desert encounters technology for the first time--in the shape of a Coke bottle. I found this to be very amusing, but I also began to see parallels between his thought process, and that of the modern day Theist.
Both are using CAVEMAN LOGIC to explain their world. I fail to see the difference between “hmm, bottle fall from sky, must be gods” and “hmm, trees, butterflies, complex organisms prove the existence of god.”
In both of these cases, someone is simply replacing one unknown for another unknown, but proving nothing!
1. Biology adequately describes life and emotions without appealing to mystical invisible dieties
2. Astronomy adequately describes the formation of stars/planets/universe/etc without appealing to mystical invisible dieties
3. Geology adequately describes the evolution of the Earth, land formations, etc without appealing to mystical invisible dieties
4. Psychology describes the human psyche better than appealing to mystical invisible dieties
5. Appealing to mystical invisible dieties is an appeal to ignorance
6. There's no physical evidence for the existence of mystical invisible dieties
7. A myriad of mystical invisible dieties have been posited by emphatically superstitious societies and have been proven to be products of overly active imaginations (today's religion is tomorrow's myth) and ignorance.
8. Believing in mystical invisible dieties seems to become quite absurd when those who posit the mystical invisible dieties begin explaining why and how they exist in the face of contradictory physical evidence.
9. As scientific knowledge increases, the role of the mystical invisible dieties oddly gets pushed further and further back.
10. Mystical invisible dieties are mystical invisible dieties (ie can never be found by empirical methods)
And as a final comment, what happened to the other 15 or so hominids that are now extinct, most notably the neanderthals? What are we the new and improved model?
My question is, when will we lose the last remnants of our reptillian past....our tailbones....and what about man nipples, body hair, appendix', wisdom teeth and other useless appendages/organs..? (just wondering).
