You don't really believe that these beureaucratic departments really do whatever the president wants? If you do, you are a great fool. The government is made up of many, mini governments. They set their own parameters and their own policy. If a president starts interfering, they wait him out, after all, they can serve for 40 years. A president only gets eight.

I'm a liberal...and politics right now outrage me by every fake trying to be a politician out there. Our darn* mayor wants more $$for criminals....Doesn't give a @#*!@ about the victims of these fools.
