I sent a copy to the parents house , that is where I was told to send them. she will not contact me nothing at a lost here.

You can post "notice of intention" in the local and state papers in the classifieds. That way not only have you attempted to contact him by mail, you have attempted to utilize the press as well.
I would still engage a lawyer to handle the paperwork, and file on the grounds of abandonment. I can't see a problem with your getting a divorce on these grounds.

Dont be. Your divorce will proceed in time whether they find him or not. You can put an ad in the localpaper offering the pertinent info which will have to be done anyway. The good news is after all avenues have been exhausted, your divorce will go on giving you everything you requested and he cant do anything about it. Contact the office where you filed and ask what needs to be done

as long as you filed for one and they have it on record, you don't need him or her to sign the papers. After a year for no contact from him or her, your no longer married. You will get a paper stating that your divorced, and he will get a copy. You might want to check into your state, it differes from state to state. Good luck to you. God Bless you and your family.

Get yourself a lawyer, it will save you a lot of trouble for a couple thousand dollars.

I would talk to a lawyer and get sometype of advice from him and see what your options are. Hope this helped.

you'll be granted a divorce on terms of abandonment. you are lucky to have it the easy way.

YOU CAN CONTINUE WITHOUT HIM AND THEY WILL GRANT YOU A DIVORCE. I HAD A FRIEND WHOM DID IT.
