Im havng this stupid issue with my wireless network. I have one computer hooked up to the access point. and then i have 3 laptops and one desktop hooked up wirelessly. Im having this issue with one of them. it just started happened like 2 days ago. For some reason my internet browser wont work on one laptop and i cant figure out what is causing it.

It takes forever for the homepage to laod up and when it does half the pictures load and thats it and no other pages load. But it works fine on all my other laptops and desktops. I then restored my computer and im still getting this issue.

What can i check and can anyone recomend anything to me?

Any competent technician would first instruct you to remove the current browser instance, then download and install a new browser instance.

The reason for this is that often key files from a program can become corrupt. When this occurs, it is neccasary to reinstall. Reinstallation will correct the corrupt files, thus allowing it to function properly again.

Once you have performed this action and if you are still experiancing problems, then you may consider it may be something else.

You also need to consider if you have installed anything new recently, as sometimes conflicts can arise which cause sporadic erratic behaviors.

You have already attempted a restore, so I won't bother with that, but you could consider selecting a different date and try once more, only in Safe Mode if you didn't do it in Safe Mode the first time.

I really believe this is not actually a network issue. I think you have some form of corrupted file(s), or a virus or other malware.

Have you checked in Internet Options on the Advanced Tab to ensure all of your settings are still as they should be? If a virus has altered those settings the symptoms you decribe could occur.

Again, your best bet would be to remove your current browser instance, then download and install another one. If you must, download it to one of your systems not having the problem, then use your network to pass the program file package to the computer with the issue, or you can burn it to disk, then open it in that computer and run it there.

Good luck and I hope you get your situation fixed soon, have a very nice holiday season.

Try calling tech support or connect to another wireless access point.

or

Have all 3 laptops connect with your desktop. Your desktop should have a secure connection so that your laptops can feed off the signal. Make sure you have a fast processor to access required information. Good Luck!

ok,its seems to me that u need to call ur internet provider, and tell them, the problem is that ur router has a limit to how many people can use it at once,ur provider will guide u through, step by step on how to change the routers settings on how to open up more spaces for other wireless computers or gadgets, but if you bought the router at a store,u need to work directly with the company like linksys for example, they will give u a website to go to,and you will manually change the settings urself with their help, but this problem can be solved so dont worry to much-its all good
