i am 14 and i am a swimmer i love to be in the water, ive never worn a tampon before and i need to learn.. but i dont know how are they comfortable which ones do i get to start please HELP THIS IS URGENT

Get the small ones....try Tampax Pearl or Playtex Gentle Glide because they have plastic applicators which are WAY easier to insert than the cardboard. From personal experience, I would use Tampax Pearl because the Playtex have leaked on me before. As for being comfortable...in my opinion they are. There are instructions in the box..read them carefully.
BTW...the people that say that they are uncomfortable for virgins are wrong. I am a virgin and have NO trouble with them at all.

yep im a swimmer and i first started my period when i had a swim meet just the next day i was sooo nervous i would suggest a plastic aplicator (playtex gentle glide or playtex sport are very good) and relaxxx thats the one thing i DIDNT do and it took me 7trys to finally get one in but dont give up! i suggest leaving your vagina with blood still around it and some baby oil or some personal lubricant to put around the tip of the applicator then get one leg on the toilet seat and find your vagina and kind of rub it in small circles around the vagina while RELAXING and all of a sudden in will POP in and once the aplicator gets to your fingers then push the tampon in and walla! take it out at least after 4 hours or more!

Tampax Pearl or Playtex Gentle Glide are good to use I think they are more comfortable, I don't feel them. If you are not heavy get the regular or the light kind.

Tampons are good playtex gentle glide are the best and so comfterable
once you get used to wearing them you wont even think about it

try just the regular and remember to follow insructions on the box tampax lite days are very good and the plastic applicators...

cutepsc is wrong there is nothing wrong with them if you get the right obsorbance and a teen size put it in all the way and you cant feel them at al!! and you have to remember to change them

get the thin ones. read the directions (they are in every box) ask your mom. ask some friends on the team.
they are comfortable, you can't feel them.

uhm..unwrap paper..stick it..obvious and vague as that sounds...lol
but no srsly, if ur a virgin..it will BE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!! avoid em all da way....
