it starts off black and white but then as people do bad things just they turn to color?
does anyone know? i can;t think of the name.

It's not exactly that they do "bad" things.. it's more about doing things that are outside of the norm..

Pleasantville - with Tobey Maguire and Don Knotts. It isn't just when people do bad things, but when they feel emotions other than "pleasant" is when they turn color.
