The other night I was sleeping at my boyfriends house. He woke up to me standing over him staring at him, then I slowly started backing into his closet but continued to stare at him like I wanted him to follow me. He got up and followed me into his closet, super confused and weirded out, but I crawled through his clothes and dissapeared before he could get to me... So he's standing in his closet freaking out holding piles of clothes, and he looks back at his bed and I'm laying there asleep. He hadn't done any drugs or taken anything, and he swears he was awake... Also the ghost thing was wearing the same thing as I was wearing at the time. Any ideas on what this was? It scares me a little. Thanks.

I think it is more likely just a vivid dream. I have them at times and if I was not use to them I might think I was awake.

I've heard that spirits can disguise themselves as someone else. I've heard of this happening several times with people in churches. Like John S. said...there's no way to know if it's really the person you think it is. Lucky for you...you could see your girlfriend laying in the bed. What if she had been at home? You would have thought it was her. She could have been astral traveling from her house to yours. BUT...it also might be a spirit disguising themselves as her. What if you'd had sex with her then found out it was an evil witch or a demon or an evil spirit???
EDIT...Maybe it was her "doppleganger". If you don't know what this is...you can google it.

I would lean more towards your boyfriend having a bad dream and sleep walking unless other weird things have happened concerning you or your boyfriend. This way you won't worry or stress unnecessarily, especially since the mind can play tricks on us when we're in a dream/sleep state. Try not to scare yourself at this point.

It's a soul sucking demon called a Succubus. Don't mess around with this one, they can kill. Also called Lilith and other names, a female demon believed to have sexual intercourse with sleeping men. This gets a little weird, but stick with me, ask your boy friend if he has had a "wet dream" or and orgasm in his sleep. If you are religious get a priest or rabbi to bless the house and get rid of this spirit ASAP! Evil comes in many forms and is really out there. This is one of the best known forms.

I was going to suggest that you might have been astral traveling, but that it disappeared into the darkness of your bedroom closet tells me that it's possibly a demon. I'd call someone and have them come cleanse your house, find a medium who does that sort of thing.

That's called a doppleganger and they freak me out. I think they are the scariest things. I don't know what they are, but I suspect they are evil (demons?). I can't think of any GOOD reason for something to impersonate someone. I think you should get someone to spiritually cleanse the house (get it blessed by a priest, preacher, shaman, psychic - whatever you believe in).

Good luck. :)

I am leaning towards the theory of just waking up and being in a semi dream state. If he was wide awake and was coherent, well then I would say you have something.

Honestly it does sound like a waking dream to me the way that it has been described. They tend to be very real life like and they often leave the person confused and disoriented.

As with most ghost sightings, he had just awoken. The brain can hardly be trusted in this state. I have put a shirt on like pants and poured orange juice into the coffee maker before in this sort of stupor.
