Your mothers sister is your aunt, her husband is your uncle by marriage, so his brother isn't your relative. There is nothing wrong with that, other then what can happen if things don't work out well, then you have the family fighting.

Why are you concerned with the legality of it? People usually do not go to jail for illegal sex unless it onvolves a minor. In this case, I'm assuming all parties are legal and consenting. I say go for it if you must.

If you are not blood related then it's fine. In Virginia it is legal to date your cousin. I have a friend who has a step-brother, who is also her boyfriend. But they were dating before their parents decided to get married.

Yeah it's legal but it also depends on what age you are and what age he is. If he is like 36 and you are like 17 then its not legal. Hope this helped.

well, my cousin married her mother's brother's wife's brother, which is the same situation only different sexes - so, yes, it's legal, just be prepared to explain how your cousins are now your nieces and nephews.
