To get to jelly world all you need is to type in www.neopets.com/jelly and then it will take you to the site it isn't on the map because it doesn't exist as a joke from TNT.

i do not know, but try asking a friend that is also addicted to neopets, i bet they would know. If not then go to the asking questions part of the website and ask those people, no one knows the website better than the people who made it!!1
