I can admit when I am wrong and I will say I am sorry. I have only been wrong a couple times in my life.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will take FULL accountability in this case! Always have- Always will!
I am also the Head of my Department- and HAVE to take full accountability for anything that goes wrong.
Such is life- I hit the nail on the head, and if I catch a mistake, I will point it out right on! No use in lying, denyin, or defyin!

not when i 'really' mean it....when a possible problem might develop with the the added attention, i change the subject and move on.....and sometimes i will go back and correct the mistake if still needed...
