DO THEY SELL CHEAP SHOES THERE THAT HAVE GOOD QUALITIES LIKE THE ONES SOLD IN MAJOR SHOE STORES LIKE NIKE, ADDIDAS, REEBOK?

There's no ***** Sporting goods in Manila.
But there's a similar store called Toby's located at major malls in Manila. And if you're looking for cheap branded shoes- just go to Greenhills. There's a lot of shops that sells imported branded shoes at a cheap price.
