That was no stranger, that was a bunch of the Kibler Elves who got laid off making cookies when sugar became bad. They were re-trained by government grant and now make surprise repairs all across the country.

I would be freaked out that someone actually took their OWN time to come to my house and FIX something then walk back out again. And the fact they KNOW something is broken makes it 10x more creepier...
But hey at least I don't have to pay 45 quid on some old mechanic...

On the one hand I'd be thrilled that something got fixed but on the other hand I'd wash all my underwear just incase the stranger had worn them as they were mending stuff.
