When you bring "ALL" of the Awareness to what is happening in the mind, it becomes quiet. It is only when we are not aware of mind, that the thoughts come flooding in!

That having a purpose in life is like sleep-walking through life. It gives you tunnel vision, so to speak, and you miss out on all that is going on around you.
That is the best I can come up with, no matter how I spin it. That is what that says to me. :)
