Of course they should be stripped , do you realize how long they train together before Olympics and for these other team member to not notice is crazy ,and there was not way they could have won without the world best anchoring their team ,, but to say nothing when you know someone is cheating is cheating also,, where was their voices then, stop crying you should have said something

She was a member of the team so everyone on the team loses.
The other members did not cheat, they would have won without her, but they along with many others will suffer because she cheated and lied.
All Americans do not cheat just like all athletes do not cheat. Because Ben Johnson cheated and was stripped of his World and Olympic medals and records does not mean everyone from Canada is a cheat.

It was an individual choice for her to take drugs therefore it should be treated individually. I think that if the others did not take drugs they rightly deserve to keep their medals. Could they have won them with out her? We will never know. I feel you should penalize the individual and not the team. They didn't penalize the whole baseball team when Pete Rose was accused of his issues and same with Barry Bonds so I feel individuality is the way this should be treated.

Yes, unfortunately. But I think they should also strip every East German Olympic medalist because it was a well-documented and publicized fact that the East Germans systematically doped track and swimming athletes.

Interesting question. On the one hand they did nothing wrong but on the other the other teams got cheated. Unfortunately for them it's probably fairest that they lose their medals so the other honest teams can have theirs.
