well my dad has a house and he wants to put it on hud housing so that i can use housing to rent it.

Some states have a list and some don't. What state are you in?
I'm not sure on the process for HUD but I think it is similar to the process for Section 8.
If you are already approved for housing, check with your worker on if you can rent his house or not.
For Section 8 in Oregon they do not give you a list. You have to find something that fits within the rent amount they approved you for on your own. You and the landlord have forms to fill out, they come do an inspection to make sure everything works and that the house meets their standards and then you can move in.

If you are asking if you can list your house for sale under HUD's website, you can't. That is limited to REO for HUD.
Other than that, I do not know what you are asking.
