Well, I agree with you. Some of the people who answer questions on this board are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. I guess I could say I dislike it very much. It shows that not many people value you for your knowledge , but yet kids get on here and give ridiculous answers and get chosen best answer. That is my opinion.

Sometimes it's not the person asking the question, but the stupidiness of others voting 4 the best answer. But I know how u feel!

Yes, you have a point there but isn't it more "annoying" when your opinion as an answerer doesn't agree with the asker's and you are automatically "thumbed down" ?? Why do some people ask questions and can not handle the "diversity" of opinions ??

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU! sometimes the best answer goes to some idiot who voted for that person too! AND it's oviously clear that THAT person is totally INSANE 4 choosing the WRONG answer!

Yea! I hate that sh it!!! Especially when they start yackin about how their dog ate a flamingo then they wanna blame you for the pink feathers everywhere! Like OMFG! get a vaccum for christs sake! Then your uncle walks in... and it just turns into this big thing... and your just tryna get out as soon as possible before the peanut butter sets up... ARRRGGG. yea i know its a mess :(

When I see an answer that some one has put serious research to answer correctly, it is disheartening for the one with the proper reply, not to get the best answer.

It is frustrating because I try often to give sources which may help them, but then at times I get an email thanking me for helping and that to me is worth more than the points!!

Yes, you know they are just giving their "friend" best answer. Or because someone said they were "hot" "sexy" or some other such nonsense. If you don't know the answer why even put that you don't know? Oh, I know...it's just for the 2 points.

"IDK" HAHA kidding yeah I hate that crap! Sometimes I know I should have the best hands down,yet someone else gets it...but then again sometimes I see an answer that I think is better than mine and I for some reason get chosen as best so I guess it evens out,maybe.
