Is the head light burnt out or just dim? If burnt out check the charts at any auto parts store or take the old bulb out and check the number. I think it,s a 9004 but check the charts. If the bulb is dim, the factory wiring harness has bad terminal connections and make the plastic connector at the bulb melt causing the voltage drop. You will need to replace the wiring end connector plug. If replacing the bulb, use regular bulbs of the same wattage, the higher performance bulbs usually cause the end connectors to melt if they are not bad already.
