Most women will see an increase of .5-1 degrees in their body temperature while ovulating. This is one of the easiest ways to track ovulation. Also, if you aren't sure that you are ovulating, this is a little graphic so pardon me, but check the mucous in your vaginal area. While ovulating it will be thin like egg-whites, and there will be more than other points in the month. You can buy Basal Body temp kits at the store or hospital if you are trying to track your ovulation that work pretty well, or the test strips from anywhere for tracking ovulation. :) Good Luck!

I've never had a fever when I ovulated...your waking temp (BBT) is supposed to go up slightly after you ovulate but it shouldn't be enough to give you a fever. I would try and take some Tylenol or something similar and see if that helps!!

Your temp goes up just a little, 1-2 degrees, which isn't enough to give you a fever.
