Most studies say no, your fertility chances shouldn't be affected. It may take your body a couple of cycles to get used to not being on birth control anymore once you stop, but after that initial adjustment, barring any other unrelated fertility issues you should be able to get pregnant.

It'll only lessen the chance when you take it, NOT after stopping it.

Even when on it taking it as prescribed its only 99% effective.

No it shouldn't. Any problems would probably not be related to the pill.
