I am a 34 yr old man disabled shot two times. We have 2 sons & we all want to move out of the US for Political health care and a future for our boys primary concerns We have a few ideas of where we want to be such as Canada France England Norway but we know little.I am a veteran of 2 branches,11yrs.I believe in Americans but not in the "system" nor do I wish for my sons to be apart of this meat grinder we call life.Change will not come soon enough for me or my family. Does anyone have any info on immigration to these Countries? When Nicaruaga has a better infant mortality rate than the US and we rank the lowest in virtually all economic social and political venues of the entire industrialized World it makes me realize I owe it to my sons to give them a better life.My injury is not going away as the bullet not removable and I after 1yr5mo still cant find a DR (family) as no one accepts my insurance...when the draft is an issue, when were fighting the world, enough is enough.A better life!

You have to call Canadian immigration. You are welcome here. We have medicare as you are aware which allows everyone access to medical services. I know how tough it is in the US if you do not have it. I understand about having sons and the issues of the thoughts of loosing their lives one day in a war. Its a tough call. I am not an expert but please contact Canadian immigration and see what they have to say. There are alot of Americans that have moved here in the last few years. So you wont be alone.

I looked into Australian immigration a few months ago. They have a points scoring system, but basically the more useful your occupation is to the country at that time, as well as the nature of your employment in the country at the time you apply for citizenship helps you. If you have an employer in the country you want to live in then you have your way in seemed to be what it amounted to.

Since the quality of life in the US is better than that of every other country in the world, I think you will be in for a rude awakening. However, if you have a skill that is of value to another country, it will be easier to get there. If you want to move out, just move. That would not be too difficult, however, becoming a citizen (or subject) of another country might be more difficult as most of them want someone who can benefit them. I would assume you will be homeschooling your boys and getting the family intensive language training before you leave. Good Luck
