how does soy help with conceiving?.. how do you take it?

I have heard that soy isoflavones are supposed to work like Clomid. I have never taken them, though. You should determine if taking them is right for you. Soy isoflavones can be purchased from most supplement stores (GNC, Vitamin World, etc.) The people who work there could give you more info.
