I too own this phone. It is quite good. Very good call quality. The only problem with the phone is the MP3 play back. During quiet songs, your can hear some background hiss/static which can be quite annoying (Search "W810i hiss", you'll get a lot of results and see what I mean). Other than that, its fairly decent.

My husband and I have had both of ours for over a year....(since the phone came out). We have had absolutely no problems at all with either of them and they still function as well as they did brand new. We absolutely love our phones! The only recommendation I have for you if you do get one is to buy a 2GB memory pro duo card for it as the one that comes with it is just too small. Other than that the phone is great!
EDIT: We also have gone looking to upgrade recently and didnt like anything on the market as much as the w810i so were sticking with them for another year!
