It's an average. Not all women that age group have sex that often, such as with women not in monogamous steady relationships (or especially those WITH a steady relationship.) :-)

That's kinda funny! I'm 22 so according to that magazine, I should be having sex 4 times a week! Well, they are wrong...my husband is deployed and I have a baby on the way, so I am not having any kind of sex whatsoever!!! And even if my hubby was here, we wouldn't be having sex 4 times a week, I can tell you that!! And like one of the people before me said...it's just an average!! You shouldn't believe EVERYTHING you hear/read!!!

My husband wishes. I'm 29 and we've been married for 5 1/2 years. I think maybe once or twice in those 5 1/2 years we had sex 4 times in one week. It's usually once a week if he's lucky.

That's an average, meaning some women do and some women don't. But I would say it's doable, especially if she's happily married or in a monogamous relationship.

I think it depends on the woman and the relationship she is in, but yes I would say most have sex between 3-4 times a week (on average). Some have more.

I am 29 and my husband and I have that amount of sex daily sometimes. Then I have friends who are younger that may have it twice a month. I think it really all depends on your labido! if you know what I mean......
