The little starting town for the undead (Death Knell, is it?) has numerous vendors. Many of them are inside houses or around the quest givers. When you put your mouse over them, they will show you either an anvil or a bag. You can sell to these vendors.

The first place you'll go with merchants will be Brill. (There might be some in Deathknell but I doubt it.) You won't see Brill until you're a couple of levels higher.
Of course, there'll be everything you need in Undercity.

You should be able to find them as you play. They aren't that hard to find you just got to keep your eyes peeled for them

Don't mean to down-grade your success in games. But, I am horrified at all the violence in these types of game.
You sound like a very intelligent person, why don't you broaden your horizons with intelligent/Non-violent games.
Just my opinion.
