Why has Black& Mild out sold Swisher Sweets?

Because people actually smoke Black & Milds with the tobacco in it. And also they smoke it after smoking marijuana.

Plus it tastes good.

Because Black & Mild uses tobacco, and Swisher Sweets use some kind of cardboard.
