And she move to another state. Does anybody know how to deal with missing your baby. He is the most amazing thing that happened to me and she took him away from me. She skipped town and text me that her and the baby moved. I knew we were breaking up, but I didn't know she was moving. I talked to an attorney and she says that she has all of the rights since were not married. Do anybody have any ideas or advice on what I should do.

While your situation is by all means difficult and distressing, the answer, I believe, is an easy one. If you have talked to your attorney and she says you have no rights (which I think you should seek a 2nd opinion on), the answer is that you need to move. If your desire to be by your child is real, that seems to be the only answer. A child growing up without a father is at a disadvantage in many regards, so your love is important and necessary. Best of luck...

I would talk to another attorney. I don't think that is true. Especially if your name is on the birth certificate. You really need to talk to someone fast. I am so sorry. This will be hard, but you will get through it. I commend you for caring about your baby, so many guys don't. If you are truly his father, I think you have nothing to worry about. You have rights. Just because you were not married does not mean anything. Good luck.

Your attorney is very wrong, you have rights, you are the childs father. Get a different attorney and demand some parenting time. Sorry you are missing your baby. Good Luck

You have no rights. You will have to fight to prove your paternity. I would encourage being as cool as possible to the Baby mama. You should try and play to her side and get her to agree without the courts if at all possible. Like, look: He needs his father as well, what can we do to help the child as best as possible - we wouldn't want to hurt him. Hell, admit fault - do whatever to be as nice as possible. Do not be a hard head and threaten her - it wont work. Good luck.

I thought that a father has a right to see his child, consult another attorney, get a 2nd opinion that sounds kind of vague to me.

Go back in a time machine 2 years and marry her.

Seriously this should be a lesson to all about sex outside marriage.
