Beardies should not be housed together. One will usually try to dominate and intimidate the other one. House them separately, and she'll do a lot better. Also, check your temps, UVB lighting distance, and calcium/vitamin supplements. Baby beardies typically come infected with parasites, so a fecal check should be done very soon if not already done--parasites can cause serious health problems. By the way, it can be very difficult to tell a male from a female until it is at least 6 months old.

Do not keep them in the same tank. The larger lizard will dominate the other and get all of the food and basking. You are going to need to get another enclosure and seperate them. Lizards are solitary creatures by nature. They will not get "sad" at being alone in a tank. If you do not seperate them you are risking not only the smaller lizard being pushed out of feeding and basking but you are also risking serious injury or death to one of them. Males and Females tend to be able to live together better than 2 males but it is still dangerous.

Keep them in seperate enclosures.

Its pretty obvious that the male is stressing her out. Males can sometimes be very dominant and can bully and intimidate weaker males and females.

If you continue to keep her in with the male, she will likely end up getting sick from ongoing stress. Long-term stress weakens the immume system and will make a healthy lizard succumb to illness. Plus, the fact that she won't eat with him there is a major red flag to seperate them.
