Maybe the growing public support for his impeachment is making his heart a little jumpy bumpy?
And sorry, I have no sympathy for someone who supports torture and is continuously trying to do undo the US Constitution.

That story is a patent fake. I have it on good authority that his heart was removed back in 2000. It was done in order not to hinder the decisions he will make as VP and true ruler of the world.
