You have the dollar sign on all of those, but are those all stated in gallons or liters? If liters, then multiply by 3.8 to get per gallon. Sorry, but I've talked to people who have said more like 10 USD per gallon in Europe after converting from litres to US gallons.

And yeah Venezuela is that cheap because the dictator Chavez keeps them there. I read an article a couple months back on how their gas prices were 5 cents a gallon and he had to raise them and the people got really mad.

But when you consider that our gas prices have doubled in at most the last 5 years, and tripled in the last 10, I'd consider that a problem.

Yes in this case it is the rest of the world who is more screwed due to the Americans being able to use to much fuel cheaply in their overly big cars.

(Also in England it is about half as much as it says there)

you have a point but i think what makes us so mad is how QUICKLY these prices have risen, not so much that we think our is the highest in the world
